Terms and Conditions of Purchase

2. Purpose
These terms govern the purchase of products offered through the Oráculo de Ibiza y Formentera website.
3. Product
The main product sold is the Oracle of Ibiza and Formentera, a deck of 73 illustrated cards inspired by the flora, fauna and minerals of the Pitiusas islands, together with its accompanying booklet.
4. Price
All prices are shown in euros (€) and include legally applicable taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. Payment
Payments are made securely through the Stripe platform.
6. Shipping
Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed and are dispatched to the address provided by the customer every Monday or Friday morning.
7. Right of withdrawal
The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable law.
The product must be returned in perfect condition and with all its original components.
8. Damaged or defective products
If the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, the customer must report it within a reasonable period using the contact email address.
9. Intellectual property
All texts, illustrations, designs and contents of the Oracle of Ibiza and Formentera are protected by intellectual property rights registered with SAFE CREATIVE under registration number 2508112754876, and may not be reproduced, distributed or sold without the express authorisation of the author.
10. Use of the product
The Oracle of Ibiza and Formentera is a tool for inspiration, personal reflection and creativity. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial or legal advice.
11. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law.
